In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any natural person who has registered an account with pkr98 or who accesses pkr98 services in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the pkr98 website accessible at pkr98.biz and all associated products, services, features, and applications operated by pkr98.
• "Account" refers to the individual, password-protected player account created upon successful registration on the pkr98 platform.
• "Games" refers to all casino games, live casino products, slots, table games, arcade titles, and any other gaming products made available through the pkr98 platform.
• "Sports Betting" refers to the wagering services on sporting events — including cricket, football, and other sports — offered through the pkr98 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by pkr98 to players, subject to stated terms.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary currency in which player balances are maintained on pkr98.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required before processing withdrawals above stated thresholds.

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion period — either through pkr98 or through any other recognized responsible gaming self-exclusion scheme.
• Not a pkr98 Employee or Associate: Current employees of pkr98, immediate family members of employees, and individuals in a business relationship with pkr98 are not eligible to hold player Accounts or participate in promotions.

pkr98 reserves the right to request KYC identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (CNIC for Pakistani players), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your pkr98 Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes (OTP) associated with your Account.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or anyone purporting to act on your behalf.

Once enabled, a one-time code sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number is required alongside your password at each login — significantly reducing the risk of unauthorized access.

All financial transactions on pkr98 are processed through verified payment channels. The following terms govern deposit and withdrawal activity on the platform:

5.1 Deposits. pkr98 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, USDT, and Bitcoin. Minimum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the deposit screen at the time of transaction. All deposits are processed in PKR where a Pakistani Rupee payment method is used. Funds deposited in foreign currency are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawals are processed for amounts above the standard verification threshold.
• Withdrawals will, in the first instance, be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.

Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times and network conditions at the time of processing.

5.4 Player Funds. pkr98 maintains player deposit funds in segregated accounts, separate from the company's operational funds. This arrangement is maintained as a condition of the platform's international gaming license.

pkr98 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms in addition to any specific terms stated for the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering requirement is stated for each specific promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on pkr98 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount.
• Game Contribution Rates. Not all game categories contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. • pkr98 Discretion. pkr98 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to decline bonus requests or revoke bonus awards where eligibility criteria are not met or where abuse is suspected.

Maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus play may apply and will be clearly stated in the individual promotion terms. Players are responsible for reading all applicable bonus terms before claiming any promotional offer.

7.1 Game Integrity. All RNG-based casino games on pkr98 use random number generators that are independently certified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. • Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event, and per player account. These limits are applied at pkr98's sole discretion and may be adjusted without prior notice for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.4 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or display error that results in an incorrect payout — whether higher or lower than the correct amount — pkr98 reserves the right to void the affected rounds and correct balances accordingly. Players who continue to knowingly exploit a visible game error may have their accounts suspended and affected winnings voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr98 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Multiple Account Operation: Creating, operating, or using more than one pkr98 Account, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited.
• Fraudulent Activity: Providing false, misleading, or incomplete identity information; using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment methods; or engaging in any form of deception in connection with the pkr98 platform.
• Money Laundering: Using pkr98 as a vehicle for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime as defined under applicable international standards.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to access, navigate, or place bets on the pkr98 platform without explicit written consent from pkr98.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker-style games, coordinated betting in live tables, or information sharing to exploit odds inefficiencies.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, pricing errors, or bonus structural errors to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a payment provider for deposits made to pkr98 that are not the result of unauthorized use. • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on pkr98 content;
• Use pkr98 trademarks or branding in any commercial context;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any pkr98 software.

Any unauthorized use of pkr98 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to claims under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr98 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the pkr98 platform;
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Platform downtime, interruptions, or technical failures that are beyond pkr98's reasonable control;
• Losses arising from unauthorized Account access where credential security was not maintained by the player;
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on game outcome information, odds data, or editorial content published on the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, pkr98's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the total amount deposited by you into your pkr98 Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkr98 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for maintaining appropriate security software on their own devices.

• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply a temporary self-exclusion of 7, 14, or 30 days through Account Settings. pkr98 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player Account, and to withhold or void any funds associated with that Account, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during KYC;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Detected or suspected bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated systems;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute on Account deposits;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime;
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, subject to applicable dormancy policies notified to the account holder in advance.

Where an Account is suspended for investigation purposes, pkr98 will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension within a reasonable timeframe. Players may raise concerns regarding Account closure by contacting pkr98 support at [email protected]. pkr98 will respond to formal Account closure queries within 5 business days of receipt.

pkr98 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their Account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by the platform's licensing authority or applicable law.

The current version of these Terms will always be available at pkr98.biz/terms-conditions. The version number and effective date are displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the pkr98 platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr98 holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the pkr98 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Dispute Resolution Process. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail.
